What you need to know
What happens after I sign up?
After you sign up we will email you a list of additional information we need in-order to understand your requirements. During this stage we will verify your details through email or telephone call before sending you an MOU agreement.
The next stage is to organise a face-to-face meeting where we will discuss our approach and provide the details of all the deliverables.
What about payments?
You do not have to make any payments until you are completely satisfied with what we are offering.
All the payments are made at the end of each monthly cycle, so if you are not happy with the results you can cancel your package at any time.
Who will manage my account?
Your account will be managed by one of our account managers who will collaborate with you or your staff on a weekly basis providing reports, updates and assessments of your social media accounts.
What if I am not happy with the results?
In order to show you how committed we are to get results we do not force you into any lock-in contracts or retainers on any of our packages. Instead, we offer the first month as a trail and after that we require an open contract which you can cancel anytime.
